Make companies faster and more flexible at implementing software.
Starting with implementation — ERP and ITSM — because that is where the waste is largest and easiest to measure. An implementation should cost a business less time and less money — and leave it able to change its mind afterwards. Technology is not going to sit still for the next decade, and a company that cannot re-shape its systems cannot follow it.

Not a consultancy with an AI product attached. Implementation is the beginning — the place where agents that can plan, configure and verify prove themselves against work that is expensive, repetitive and unforgiving. What is learned there travels.

The human aspect
Companies are still built by people. Agents take the mechanical work — the drafting, the configuring, the test writing. The decisions stay with the people who carry the consequences: what the business actually needs, which trade-off is acceptable, who has to agree. We automate the typing, not the judgment.
Ordentlighed
A Danish word with no clean English equivalent — somewhere between integrity and decency, and closest to doing things properly. Work done the same way whether or not anyone is checking. No shortcuts buried in a deliverable, and no claim we cannot stand behind in a room with your architects.
Respect
For your people, your existing systems, and the reasons they were built the way they were. A twenty-year-old configuration usually encodes a decision someone made for a good reason. We ask what it is before we replace it, and we treat the team who built it as colleagues rather than obstacles.
Getting things done
Delivery over positioning. Scope agreed, built, tested, handed over — a working system in production beats a plan that impresses. Enterprise software has no shortage of programmes that look healthy in a steering committee and ship nothing.
Founder
Bear Kerrn-Rizgar
Bear holds an MBA — thesis on Denmark–Kurdistan trade relations — and has led enterprise AI agent delivery for Nordic clients as a project manager in IT consulting. Roj Bear is where that experience becomes product: agents that do the implementation work he has watched consume years and budgets.
He is also the builder of KurdishTTS, the production voice platform for the Sorani and Kurmanji dialects — text-to-speech, speech-to-text and voice agents for a language of forty million people that big tech left behind. Evidence, if any is needed, that the systems here get finished.
The name
The bear carries the sun.
Roj is Kurdish for the sun, and for the day it brings. The mark is the founder’s name holding the sun of the Kurdish flag — twenty-one rays, for the twenty-first of March and the new year it opens. A Danish company with a Kurdish heart: precision from one home, warmth from the other.
